In short: PurposeFit AI is a free guide to AI tools. Our recommendations are general guidance, not professional advice, and prices and features change, so always check with the tool’s maker before you buy. 1. Who we are

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Mobmodz Limited, and “the site” means purposefitai.co.uk.

2. Using the site

These terms apply when you use the site. By using it, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

The site is free to use and you don’t need an account. We try to keep it available, but we don’t promise it will always be online or free from errors. We may change, pause or remove any part of it at any time, for example to update our tool list or fix a problem.

If you’re a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

3. General guidance, not advice

Our recommendations, guides, tool pages, task pages, industry pages and the AI Tool Finder are general information to help you choose software. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, regulatory or data protection advice. For those decisions, speak to a suitably qualified adviser.

We check our information carefully and show the date we checked it, but we can’t guarantee it is complete, accurate or up to date. AI tools change their prices, plans, features, terms and data-storage arrangements often. Before you sign up or pay, always check the current details on the tool maker’s own website.

You decide whether a tool is right for you and how you use it. We don’t promise any particular result from using a tool we recommend.

4. Affiliate links

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Every affiliate link is labelled Ad next to the button, in line with UK ASA/CAP guidance.

Affiliate relationships, sponsorships and paid listings never change the ranking of our recommendations. Editorial picks are never paid for. 5. Other websites and tools

The site links to websites and tools run by other companies. We don’t control them and we aren’t responsible for their content, availability, prices, security or how they handle your data. Each one has its own terms and privacy policy, which apply when you use it. A link isn’t an endorsement of everything on that website.

Any contract you make to buy or use a tool is between you and the tool’s maker, not us.

6. Our content

We own, or have permission to use, the content on the site, including the text, guides, recommendations, design, logo and the PurposeFit AI name. You may view it, print it and share links to it for your own personal or internal business use. Please don’t copy, republish or sell substantial parts of it, or present it as your own, without our written permission. Short quotes with a link back to the page are fine.

Tool names and logos belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the tools we write about.

7. Acceptable use

Please don’t:

  • use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms anyone;
  • try to get unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected systems;
  • upload or send viruses or other harmful code;
  • overload the site, for example with automated requests at a rate that affects other users;
  • copy the catalogue in bulk to build a competing directory or dataset;
  • send us suggestions that are false, misleading, offensive or that you don’t have the right to share.

Linking to any page of the site is welcome, as long as it is fair and doesn’t suggest a partnership or endorsement that doesn’t exist.

8. Suggesting a tool

You can suggest a tool through our submit page. The form prepares an email to us for you to send; nothing is sent automatically. Listing is free and editorial: we review every suggestion, but we decide what to list, and we don’t have to add, keep or rank any tool. Nobody can pay to be listed or to improve a ranking.

By sending a suggestion, you confirm that the information is accurate as far as you know, and you allow us to use, edit and publish it on the site. We handle any personal details in your email, such as your email address, as explained in our privacy notice.

9. The paid AI Tool Audit

If you buy the AI Tool Audit, the AI Tool Audit terms of sale apply to that purchase, including price, delivery, your cancellation rights and our liability. If those terms and these terms ever differ about the audit, the audit terms apply.

10. Our liability

For everyone: nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit or exclude.

If you’re a consumer: we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We aren’t responsible for loss that wasn’t foreseeable. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other consumer law.

If you use the site for business: the site is free general information, so as far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, whether in contract, negligence or otherwise. In particular, we aren’t liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

We aren’t responsible for the tools we write about, or for losses caused by viruses or other harmful material that reach you through a website we link to.

11. Privacy

Our privacy notice explains what personal data we collect, how we use it and your rights under UK data protection law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add features or the law changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version on this page when you use the site is the one that applies.

13. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you’re a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
