AI Tool Audit: terms of sale

Last updated 18 October 2026

In short: you pay once, fill in a questionnaire, and get a written PDF report by email within 3 working days. There are no calls. If you’re a consumer, you can cancel for a full refund until you send the questionnaire. If you cancel after that but before the report arrives, you pay for the work already done. Once the report is delivered, it can’t be cancelled or refunded unless something is wrong with it. The report is general guidance, not legal or financial advice.

1. Who we are

The AI Tool Audit is sold by Mobmodz Limited, trading as PurposeFit AI. We are a company registered in England and Wales, number 11328121. VAT number: GB 500 0253 70.

Registered office: 447 Staines Road West, Ashford, England, TW15 2AB.
Email: [email protected].

2. The service

The AI Tool Audit is a written report, delivered by email as a PDF. It is based on your answers to our online questionnaire. For each task you list (up to 10), it gives a recommended AI tool, why it fits, an alternative, a rough cost, an estimated time saving and quick-start steps. It also includes a summary, a 30-day rollout plan, data protection notes and a list of what to skip. Our sample report shows the format.

The service doesn’t include calls, meetings, setting tools up or ongoing support. If something in your answers is unclear, we may email you one short question. A person reviews every report before it’s sent.

The contract between us starts when your payment is confirmed. Stripe, our payment provider, emails you a receipt and a VAT invoice. When we receive your questionnaire, we’ll email you to confirm it, together with your request for us to start.

3. Price and payment

The price is £79 (inc. VAT). That is the total you pay: it includes VAT, and there are no other fees or charges and no subscription. You pay the full price at checkout when you order. Payments are processed by Stripe on its secure checkout page. Your card details go to Stripe and we never see or store them.

After payment, Stripe emails you a receipt and a VAT invoice for your order. If you need another copy, or need the details on the invoice corrected, email us.

At checkout you tick a box to agree to these terms and to ask us to start straight away, acknowledging that you lose the right to cancel once the report has been delivered (see section 5).

4. Delivery

We email your report within 3 working days of receiving your completed questionnaire. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England and Wales. If we email you a question, the 3 days pause until you reply.

If we can’t do the work, or haven’t delivered within 10 working days of receiving your questionnaire, you can ask for a full refund. If you haven’t sent the questionnaire within 60 days of paying, we’ll email you a reminder. If you still haven’t sent it 14 days after that, we’ll close the order and refund you in full.

5. Cancelling if you’re a consumer

This section applies if you are a consumer, meaning you’re buying wholly or mainly for purposes outside your trade, business or profession. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you can cancel within 14 days, starting the day after the contract is made (the day you pay), without giving a reason.

  • Before you send the questionnaire: we haven’t started work, so you get a full refund.
  • Asking us to start: your report usually arrives well within the 14 days, so at checkout and again in the questionnaire we ask you to tick a box. By ticking it, you expressly ask us to start during the cancellation period, and you acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the report has been delivered (the service is then fully performed).
  • After you send the questionnaire but before the report is delivered: you can still cancel. You pay for the work done up to the time you tell us, in proportion to the full service, and we refund the rest. We’ll tell you the amount and how we worked it out.
  • Once your report has been delivered: the right to cancel has ended and there is no refund. Your rights in section 7 still apply if something is wrong with the report.

How to cancel: email [email protected] (or write to our registered office) with a clear statement that you want to cancel. You can use this wording, but you don’t have to:

To Mobmodz Limited (PurposeFit AI), 447 Staines Road West, Ashford, England, TW15 2AB, [email protected]: I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the supply of the following service: AI Tool Audit. Ordered on [date]. Name: [name]. Email used to pay: [email]. Date: [date].

We’ll confirm that we’ve received your cancellation. We’ll refund you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you tell us, to the card you paid with.

6. Business customers

If you’re buying for your business (including as a sole trader), the 14-day cancellation right in section 5 doesn’t apply, so your order can’t be cancelled once you’ve paid. Section 4 (non-delivery) and section 7 (if something goes wrong) still apply.

7. If something goes wrong

We’ll prepare your report with reasonable care and skill, and it will match what we describe on our audit page. If it doesn’t, for example if it misses tasks you listed or gets a fact wrong, tell us. We’ll correct it free of charge. If we can’t, we’ll give you a partial or full refund.

A report isn’t faulty just because you disagree with a recommendation, or because a tool’s price or features change after we checked them.

If you’re a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Citizens Advice can tell you more: citizensadvice.org.uk.

8. General guidance, not advice

  • The report is general guidance about software tools, based on what you tell us. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, regulatory or data protection advice. For those decisions, speak to a suitably qualified adviser.
  • You decide whether to use any tool. Each tool is provided by its maker under its own terms and privacy policy. We don’t control them, and we aren’t responsible for how they work, change or handle your data.
  • Prices and features are as the provider listed them when we checked, and may change. Time-saving figures are estimates, not promises. We don’t guarantee any particular result.

9. Our liability

If you’re a consumer: we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We aren’t responsible for loss that wasn’t foreseeable.

If you’re a business customer: our total liability to you for the AI Tool Audit is limited to the price you paid for it. We aren’t liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

For everyone: nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

10. Your information and the report

Please give accurate answers. Don’t include your customers’ personal details, passwords or sensitive information in the questionnaire: describe the task, not the data. We use your answers as set out in our privacy notice.

You can use the report within your own business or household and share it with your staff and advisers. Please don’t resell or publish it. We keep the copyright.

11. Independence and affiliate links

Affiliate commissions never influence our recommendations. If a report includes an affiliate link (we may earn a commission if you buy through it), it is clearly marked Ad. Tool makers can’t pay to be included in a report. See our disclosure.

12. Complaints and law

If you’re unhappy, email [email protected]. We aim to reply within 5 working days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you’re a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.

We may change these terms for future orders. The version that applies to you is the one on this page when you paid.
